Setup at The Caves requires some advance planning — load-in access is through the South Bridge entrance and the layout of the vaults means you need to know where you’re going. The venue team will brief you thoroughly. Cable runs need thought given the stone walls and the multiple connected spaces. Give yourself time and don’t try to rush it — the setup is part of what makes the night work.
