Every Charity Fun Night is built from the same core formats, mixed to suit your group and your venue. A big-screen race night gets guests studying form and cheering on their horses; a smartphone-based quiz round brings in the table-team rivalry; a gameshow segment gets a few volunteers up and involved in front of the room; and a DJ set either opens the evening or closes it out once the fundraising is done. Common Questions
How many guests can you host?
We’ve run Charity Fun Nights for as few as 40 guests in a village hall and for 300+ in larger function suites — the format scales in either direction, and we’ll advise on numbers when we see your venue.
Do we need a licence for the raffle or auction?
Small raffles run on the night at a private or members’ event usually don’t need a licence, but rules vary by council and by prize value, so it’s worth checking with your local authority before the event. We handle the entertainment; ticket sales, raffles and any licensing are managed by your organising team.
What do we need to provide?
Just the venue, tables and your guests. We bring the screen, sound system, lighting, race cards, quiz handsets or app access, and an experienced host to run the whole evening.
