Premier Disco Cancellation Policy

Premier Disco Cancellation Policy

We believe in being completely transparent about what happens if you need to cancel your booking. This page sets out our cancellation policy clearly and explains the legal framework that underpins it. If you have any questions, get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss.

What Happens If You Need to Cancel?

Life happens — and sometimes events need to be cancelled or postponed. If you find yourself in this situation, the most important thing is to contact us as early as possible. The sooner we know, the more options we have to help you, and the better the outcome is likely to be for everyone.

Will You Lose Any Payments Already Made?

This depends on when you cancel relative to your event date, and whether we have already incurred costs or completed work on your behalf.

If you cancel with sufficient notice, before we have made any financial commitments or incurred costs specifically for your event, we will refund all payments in full.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the principles governing unfair contract terms in UK consumer law, a service provider may only retain payments — or charge a cancellation fee — to cover genuine losses or work already completed. A blanket policy of retaining deposits regardless of circumstances is unlikely to be enforceable. We have always operated on this basis and we are proud to be transparent about it.

In plain terms: if we cancel your booking through no fault of our own prior commitments, we retain nothing. If you cancel and we have already incurred costs or committed time specifically to your event, we may charge a fair and proportionate amount to cover those actual costs. Any balance above that will be refunded.

Your Payments Are Ring-Fenced

Every payment made to Premier Disco is ring-fenced from the moment it is received. Advance payments are held securely and separately, so they are always available to be returned if a cancellation is made. You are never at risk of your money having been spent before a refund is due.

Our Refund Guarantee

We guarantee that any refund due under this policy will be paid promptly and in full. No arguments, no unnecessary delays, no small print designed to avoid paying you back what you’re owed.

Postponement

If you need to postpone rather than cancel, we will always try to transfer your booking to a new date at no additional charge, subject to availability. Get in touch as early as possible and we’ll do everything we can to make it work.

If We Need to Cancel

In the extremely unlikely event that Premier Disco needs to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We will also do everything in our power to help you find a suitable replacement at short notice.

Get in Touch

If you have any questions about this policy or your specific booking, please contact us directly. We would rather have an honest conversation than leave you uncertain about where you stand.
