We had a fantastic charity

We had a fantastic charity race night. Colin arrived very promptly and was all set up in lots of time. He took time (and patience) in explaining how it all worked and we were all impressed with how easy it was. He was also very accommodating to changes we made through the evening with regards pacing the races etc. We made over £1700 and would definitely do this again. Everyone who came commented on what a great night it was.

Thanks very much for Friday night, it was a really good night and everyone had a ball. The money raised was a real result and it all went a lot better than I had thought it might.

Re the points below the process was all very easy before the event, the website, booking and communication with you were straightforward forward and you kept me right. On the night again everything ran smoothly and your computer system made it really easy to run things and organise the money and betting etc. All in all, I’d happily recommend you, and in fact, I have to Musselburgh Windsor football club, and I think it was money well spent.

Hi James!

I cannot thank you enough for last night, it was absolutely brilliant and everyone had a great night! In total with tickets sales, horses, raffles and bets I raised £3300, I’ve taken off your fee and buffet which means £2725 was raised and my target for next April was £2300 so I am absolutely over the moon.

I will 100% leave a review and I will recommend highly!

Preparation

When you book your Premier charity race night, we will send you a ‘Race Pack’. This contains all the information you need to promote a successful event and how to raise plenty of funds prior to the day of your race night. Our fee and a considerable profit can easily be covered well before the race night event takes place.

Race Night DJ

Our race night DJ is fully experienced. His presentation has developed over many years and he knows how to generate more sales on the night. He is fully conversant with the technical side of the presentation. We don't believe you will find better.

On the Night

All our race nights are fully self-contained events. We supply all the equipment and presentation skills to make it a success. All our comperes are fully experienced and will work out the winnings. He will generate an electric and exciting atmosphere. All you have to do is promote your event, sell the tickets, and pay out winnings on the night.

We use large screens and digital projectors or large digital screens for the best quality viewing. Professional quality sound systems are included. The audio can be as intimate or punchy and stirring as the event requires.

We will provide all the tote tickets and other free aids to help you maximize your earnings potential. We will help to stir up an atmosphere that will enhance the race night experience for the ‘punters’.

Corporate Clients

Corporate clients can choose whether to run a charity race night, help raise money for a staff fund, or simply run an event for their guests. If you provide quality prizes for the winners we will do our bit to encourage your guests to have a fantastic night of entertainment.

Your night can come fully packaged with a disco, karaoke, quiz, rat pack singer or any other style of entertainment you wish. We can theme your Premier race night to James Bond, Wild West, Las Vegas, US Prohibition etc.
